What is BeSecure

Our event, organized around the key challenges related to cybersecurity, offers a unique space for the exchange of knowledge and experience. Thanks to a rich program covering both theoretical aspects of global threats and practical workshops, BeSecure becomes a meeting place for a wide range of professionals.

In addition to the lectures and panels from the schedule, participants have access to an open expo zone where all Partners and Co-organizers of the event are showcased. This space offers opportunities for conversations, discovering new technologies and cybersecurity solutions, and direct interaction with experts and representatives of companies shaping the future of the industry.

Baltic Security Pact

During the second edition of BeSecure, on December 8, 2025, 23 organizations signed the Security Pact (Baltic Security Pact). The agreement brings together institutional, local government, academic, and business communities in joint efforts to strengthen the cyber resilience of Poland and the entire Baltic Sea region against contemporary digital threats. Behind the symbolic declaration stand concrete actions: new training programs, startup support, knowledge exchange, and initiatives aimed at protecting critical infrastructure.

The Security Pact serves as the foundation for a long-term partnership intended to position the Pomeranian region as a leader in cybersecurity—not only in Poland, but across the entire Baltic Sea region. The document remains open, allowing additional institutions, companies, universities, and local governments to join and further strengthen this collective front of action.

Community Stage

Community Stage is a shared platform of the Tri-City IT communities — a place where practitioners, engineers, and technology enthusiasts discuss security from many perspectives: from code and data to embedded systems and work culture. It captures the energy of local groups coming together in one place to combine their strengths and experiences.

  • Hackerspace Trójmiasto brings the spirit of “do it yourself” and open collaboration,
  • TJUG – provides solid Java foundations,
  • PyGda and PyData – contribute practical Python and data science expertise,
  • Gdańsk Embedded Meetup – adds the world of hardware and real-time systems,
  • TRUG – the Tri-City Ruby User Group,
  • Golang Trójmiasto – the community of Go language enthusiasts,
  • MLGdańsk – machine learning in real-world projects,
  • Wordup Gdynia,
  • Nerds Coding Gang

The Community Stage brings together worlds that rarely meet — backend and frontend, ML and embedded, software and hardware.
Thanks to this, discussions about security gain a practical context — participants leave not only inspired but also with concrete solutions, new contacts, and an invitation to continue engaging in Tri-City IT communities.
